Long Overdue Update

I can't believe a entire month has gone by and I haven't posted. I guess my time working in the gardens and just enjoying the summer days with family and friends I can't seem to sit long enough to post. So I have taken this time tonight to keep my readers updated.
First off gardening season has certainly been a struggle with all the rain we've had - and the deer! Just trying to keep them out of the garden is impossible at times.
If you look closely you can see her two babies in the background.
Work at camp continues - more gravel has been delivered for the driveway so we started digging away. This was the digging crew for that day.
Dave and his dad also worked on a new water line.
My niece and her family bought a new home in Hampden this summer and had a housewarming party to celebrate. We are very happy for her and her family.
My niece from Florida also came this summer to surprise her mom for her birthday and that she did! It was a wonderful surprise.
It was also really good to see my nephew again from Seattle. We look forward to seeing him again in October. I wasn't able to grab a picture of him this visit but will definately get one next time.
My brother-in-law Don also came to visit once again this summer from California- he has now returned home and his wife Patty is here for another month. It is always great to see them and catch up. Patty will also visit with her two sons. So many little children to hug these days.
We also took a little getaway to my sisters in Saco. The beach is definately a must do while visiting no matter how cold the water is.
We finally put our boat in the water the end of July!!! This year is a record as being very very
late. With all the rain and cold weather there was no rush.

thanks - haven't really had the time to just sit and post lately.
Soon as the gardens fade away there will be more time to do inside work. This certainly is a quick summer - I guess when your busy it really flys by.
