Projects Complete!

Hello Everyone - It's been awhile since I've updated this blog. To start Dave and I have been busy with home projects and camp projects. Our new septic system is now complete! Yahoo!!!! We will now reseed the dirt and hay it and hopefully we will have some nice thick grass - more to mow!!!! The new fireplace at camp is now complete as well. We will have our first campfire this weekend!!! Yahoo! It will be very nice to have everyone enjoy it!
The boys were a big help this season at camp - One of Dylan's jobs was to clear the gutters - so up he went! Charlotte and I finally got the new pinic table stained - and stained and stained - what a job - glad that's done! Dave and I did take the time to take Dill kneeboarding!
Another wonderful weekend at camp! Thank you Toddy Pond.

Graduation weekend

We headed to Saco for my nephew -Joesph's High School Graduation. There were 27 people total! We had a wonderful cookout with family and friends and then a few of us headed down to the beach early evening. We found plenty of shells and a few sanddollars. Kim found a creatures bones and we are still not quite sure what it was!

Memorial Day

Memorial Day has come and gone and here's our doings! We all headed down to camp (tradionally) to put in the dock which Daniel and Jay (his friend) took care of and basically just continued with the clean-up at camp for the season. It was a beautiful sunny day but rather chilly for a swim. Dylan did take the first dive into the water just because someone always does and I guess he wanted it to be him this year! We guess it was about 50 degrees!!! Daniel did catch the first fish!!!! We all look forward to using the new fireplace the Dave built. It will be wonderful - During this beautiful day a chance a showers was predicted and surely enough it showered and even thundered - dave and I observed a rainbow during the heavy rainstorm across the lake. We had never seen this before - it's usually after the storm - but not this time! It was quite a site -
