Betts-Hills Wedding Part 1

What a wedding we had. It was a wonderful time - even though it was raining it didn't make a bit of difference. It was just beautiful. It was great to have our entire family from "far" and "near" to share this special day with us. We had family from California and Salt Lake City and Washington and New Hampshire and Vermont travel to Maine. It was just great to see them all. Rehearsal dinner was held at Camp Jordon - a beautiful log lodge in Ellsworth. My good friend Cheryl assisted me with the lasagna dinner for 22. It was just a blast! Best party of 22 I had ever "served"! Twila's beautiful dress -
The seating chart as you entered onto
the porch decorated with white lights
and pumpkin lights and plenty of garden mums. These hand painted pumpkins were placed on
each table as their seating numbers.
Table set and ready to go for lasagna, Cesear salad,
spaghetti and meatballs and garlic bread - apple crisp
and ice cream for dessert.
Dave Vachon is officiating - Adam and Dylan looking on
Twila's youngest sister Alana
Gifts were exchanged along with tears and hugs
It was the guys turn now to open their gifts from
Daniel.
Adam - Dylan - Tony - John
showing me their engraved knives.
It was time to get busy and drill some light holes in
the pumpkins to sit outside on the porch.
Jordon and John teamwork
The wrap around porch almost ready
Check back for part 2 -

Time to say good-bye for now Derek said he was going to use Rex's plastic gun
