Canning-Canning-Canning

I love a garden. Lots of work in the summer and early fall but well worth it in the middle of the winter when you go to the cupboard and pull out a jar of your special stuff. So far I've made several salsas - zucchini relishes - million dollar relishes (my favorite)- bread and butter pickles - green beans! more to come :)

Yummy. Makes me hungry just looking at the picture. Lots of work but as you say, worth it. I love your relish.
